Once you have decided to put a picture or photo onto canvas. The next question is how to wrap your picture. Wrapping is a term we use describing how your canvas is stretched and wrapped around the wooden frame. You have the option of 4 different ways to wrap the canvas. They are gallery wrap, mirror wrap, white wrap and colour wrap. Examples of the different kinds of wrap are shown below.

Gallery wrap is without doubt the most popular as it gives the 3D effect everyone loves. But it is not always suitable to wrap a photo. Be careful when choosing your photo and make sure that no important parts of the picture such as hands, eyes and feet get wrapped as it can look a little odd. As a guide you need to look at a 10% edging and image that wrapped around the side. Does it look as though it will work? If so it probably will work fine.
Mirror wrap is a good second option if gallery wrap is not suitable. Here we copy the edge section all 4 edges of the photo and use that for the sides. This gives a gallery wrap appearance but you do not lose any of the photo.
The white edge and coloured edge are self explanatory and you can choose any colour as an edge.
We are happy to crop your photos to remove unwanted areas and clean up any scratches etc. Just let us know what you would like after placing your order. We will send you a proof if needed before we print your canvas.
