What file size is best for Printing

The quality of the printed image is  dependant on the size of the file you send us. We can produce good image quality prints on our medium canvas size (20" x 16") from files as small as 300KB. However, the larger the file size then the sharper the print. Here is a list of recommended file sizes in JPEG format (at highest quality setting) to achieve top notch prints:-

Who are KS Prints?

We accept cash or you can use our online payment processor Paypal. We accept all internationally recognised credit and debit cards. You can also pay by cheque or bank transfer.

How do I purchase art from KS Prints?

Is it safe to make credit / debit card purchases on your website?

It's completely safe. KS Prints uses Paypal's state of the art security and advanced encryption methods. Using a 128-bit secure server (SSL) to transmit your details and this ensures your credit / debit card information is absolutely safe.

How much is delivery?

Delivery within the UK is free! For international delivery prices please see the shipping section. KS Prints uses Royal Mail Special Delivery to carefully deliver your package. All items are well packaged and insured so they reach you in pristine condition.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes.

Will I be charged taxes / duties?

This depends on your country. Generally only goods shipped outside the EC may in incur duties or border taxes. Please note that payment of any taxes levied are the responsibility of the customer, we advise you to ring your local advice bureau for more information.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Orders are printed within 1-2 days and delivered to you within 5-7 working days but usually sooner, orders outside the UK may take a day or so longer.

What should I do if my order is damaged?

In the unlikely event that your order is damaged in shipment please email us immeditely and we'll give you further instructions on how to resolve the issue. KS Prints cannot accept responsibility for damage to deliveries unless we are notified within 3 working days from the date of delivery.

Can I return a print?

KS Prints will be happy to supply a full refund within 14 days in the unlikely event there is any obvious physical problem with your print which is directly a result of a technical problem at our end. However we are not responsible for any oversight on your part in relation to poor quality, pixelisation or low inherent resolution. Please note that delivery costs are non-refundable.

Do you keep personal information about me?

KS Prints are committed to protecting your privacy and follow a strict privacy policy.
